Dr. Stephen Frank
Dr. Stephen Frank was born and raised in Chesterfield, Indiana. After graduating from Highland High School, he worked on his Pre-Med undergraduate studies at Ball State University. From there, he pursued his passion and attended Logan College of Chiropractic, where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1983. Later that year, he and his wife, Patricia, opened Frank Chiropractic Clinic and have been serving the community of Anderson for 30 years. In 2012, Dr. Frank expanded his growing office and became Hoosier Health Plus, a multi-specialty office offering Chiropractic, Medical, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation services. He and his wife, Patricia, live in Anderson and have 3 grown children and 5 very special grandchildren! Just ask him….he will tell you how special they are!!
Dr. Frank’s favorite part of being a Chiropractic physician is the opportunity to change people’s lives by helping them achieve total health and wellness. He also enjoys discussing nutrition and exercise with all of his patients. He believes that normal organ function, which is controlled by the nervous system, along with good nutrition and exercise, can enable a person to be healthy at 100 years old! In helping to change people’s lives, Dr. Frank is passionate about giving back to the community and, through his office,has collected food, toys, stuffed animals, etc, to give to local charities and organizations.
Dr. Frank is Certfied in Personal Injury Cases and is an expert in helping people who have been injured in a car accident.
Dr. Frank’s enjoys spending time with his wife and family and his hobbies include fishing, golf, watching baseball and watching anything his grandkids are involved in! He is very involved with his church and loves to use the gifts that God has given him to help others.
Dr. Doug Scott
Dr. Scott was born in Anderson, Indiana and attended Frankton High School. He then attended Anderson University for his undergraduate studies . He graduated in 1996 with a degree in Athletic Training and a minor in Biology. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic in 1999. He started a solo practice in Anderson in 2000 and in 2011, he joined Dr. Stephen Frank at Hoosier Health Plus.
Dr. Scott decided to become a Chiropractor because he wanted to help people and he was interested in the chiropractic philosophy of doing so naturally. He is a firm believer that a properly functioning spine and nervous system, along with good nutrition and exercise, is the key to good health, quality of life and longevity.
Dr. Scott is a Certified Athletic Trainer and is an expert in treating patients with sports related injuries.
Dr. Scott is married to Kelly and they have two daughters, Lillian and Cloee. His favorite past time is spending time with his family. His hobbies include golf and basketball. Dr. Scott is active in his church and loves to help others in any way he can.
Kristin Rapp, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner
Kristin Rapp graduated in 2008 from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business; graduated in 2011 from University of Indianapolis with a Bachelor in Science in Nursing; graduated 2014 from University of Indianapolis with a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner.
Kristin holds certifications with American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, CPR/Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, Trauma Nursing Core Course, Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course, Certificate in Advanced Professionalism.
Paula Shaw, PDMT
Massage Therapist/Therapy Room Assistant
Paula Shaw has resided in the Anderson area and raised her family here. She graduated from the Alexandria School of Scientific Therapeutics in 1999. She uses various massage and stretching techniques to help the process in the patient’s care.
